Airport


Delhi (DEL):Is one of India's busiest airports and the Airport Express Metro Line is the fastest way to reach the airport.

Mumbai (BOM):Has two major terminals and travel between airport and south Mumbai can be slow.

Kolkata (CCU): Located 40-60 minutes from the center of the city.

Bengaluru(BLR): Since the airport is far from the city, Vayu Vajra airport shuttle buses are a reliable means of transportation.

Hyderabad (HYD): Pushpak airport shuttle offers service to to major parts of the city.

Chennai (MAA): The Metro connects to directly from the airport to major parts of the city.

Public Transport


Delhi: The Delhi Metro is the most reliable way to travel and it can be accessed by using a Smartcard. There are also auto's available but make sure to negotiate and buses are usually crowded during rush hour. If in Old Delhi, then rickshaws are the best way of transportation.

Mumbai: The Mumbai local trains are the best way to travel long distnace but can be extremely crowded during peak time and the metro connects to the major parts of the city.

Kolkata:The metro is the easiest way to move between major neighborhoods and buses are cheap but can be crowded. There are historic trams but they are slow.

Bengaluru: Namma metro is currently expanding and the BMTC buses cover a good amount of area. Traffic jams are severe, avoid taking public transport during peak times.

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad metro connects connects major parts of the city and the buses are very frequent but can get crowded.

Chennai: Chennai metro is the fastest way to get across the city and suburban trains are good for outer areas.
